Who are we?
A small county department under the Auditor’s Office funded by the County Auditor, Commissioners and Engineer located in with County Building Department.
What do we do?
Our office maintains all related GIS information and aerial imagery for the county. We are responsible for updating the address points and road centerlines within our mapping system. We have working relationships with all county entities in establishing a county wide enterprise GIS platform through desktops and online mapping services. We also manage the mapping contracts with ESRI, DDTI and Eagleview. GIS personnel collect, create, edit, operate, maintain, analyze, distribute, and plot simple and complex GIS/GPS data. We support all levels of government, citizens & businesses within Pickaway County with GIS services
