The above schedule for plan or plat review fees does not include associated fees or charges for Pickaway County Engineer plan & specification review or access management permits, for Pickaway County Building Department plan review or inspections, zoning fees, Pickaway County Board of Health site evaluations, or other fees and costs associated with development.
