To whom it may concern,

The Pickaway County Commissioners are planning improvements to the Walnut Heights Subdivision Wastewater Treatment Plant. The facility was originally installed in the early 1970s and is in poor condition due to its age. This project will replace the facility with a new system to continue providing reliable treatment services, and to meet more stringent modern water quality standards. The County will hold a public meeting on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM at the Walnut Height Treatment Facility (2672 Cornstalk Avenue, Ashville, OH). The public is encouraged to attend and provide feedback on the proposed improvements. Please contact the Pickaway County Engineer’s office at 740-474-3360 with any questions or comments.
